Years pass and the work is much, normal wear and tear, a fall or even the security of having everything in order and you have to send back us your tool for a repair.
When it happens it is always unpleasant and we understand your discomfort, to limit the duration of the repair always contact us before sending a tool and follow our directions carefully.
